Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times  

Verse&Vogue ships internationally. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

 

- International: 10–15 business days  

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

2. Processing Time  

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Providers 

We use trusted couriers including The Courier Guy, Aramex, and DHL. Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Costs  

Free shipping is available.

5. Customs & Duties  

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by your country. Verse&Vogue has no control over these charges.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages 

If your tracking shows no movement for 5 business days after dispatch, contact us at ernest@versenvogue.co.za. We will investigate with the courier. Verse&Vogue is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues outside our control.

7. Incorrect Address 

Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
