We work with trusted fulfillment partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently.

1. Order Processing  

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, Monday to Friday. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched. Actual delivery may vary due to customs, public holidays, and courier schedules.

For South Africa, delivery typically takes 5–9 business days.  

For Southern Africa, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days.  

For international orders, delivery typically takes 10–18 business days.  

Expedited shipping options are available for select locations at checkout.

3. Shipping Rates 

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over R5000 within South Africa.

4. Order Tracking 

Every order includes tracking. Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number and link via email so you can monitor delivery progress in real time.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid directly to the courier or customs authority upon delivery.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t moved for 7 business days past the estimated delivery window, please contact us at ernest@versenvogue.co.za. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a reshipment or refund where applicable.

7. Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot change the address once the order has entered fulfillment. Verse & Vogue is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.
