1. What fabrics do you use?
We focus on premium, heavyweight fabrics. Example: Our signature long sleeve is 720G for warmth, structure, and durability. No see-through, no flimsy material.
2. Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! Delivery takes 5-12 business days. Tracking info will be sent to your email once your order ships.
3. Are there any extra customs or duty fees?
No. We ship DDP - Delivered Duty Paid. The price you see at checkout is the final price. No surprise customs or import fees on delivery.
4. How long will delivery take?
Most international orders arrive within 5-12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times depend on your location.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and secure payments via Yoco at checkout.
6. What is your returns & exchanges policy?
We want you to love your Verse & Vogue pieces. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags on. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
7. How do I choose the right size?
Check our size guide on each product page. Our 720G pieces have a relaxed, structured fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
8. Are your clothes pre-shrunk?
Yes. Our heavyweight fabrics are pre-treated to minimize shrinkage. Wash on cold and hang dry to keep the shape.
